Healing My Trauma

After the sudden and traumatic loss of her father as a child, featured guest Kelly Behrens learned to suppress her feelings and to just be "okay." After years of masking her internal experience and hitting rock bottom, Kelly chose to get help with inpatient treatment at "The Meadows." Kelly learned to be completely transparent and attend to her feelings while in therapy and has experienced new life in the Holy Spirit.
